GET A FLU SHOT THEN GET SICK, I MEAN IN THE HOSPITAL SICK

A friend of mine is VERY sick and has been in the hospital...A nurse told her...in confidence...that there is an epidemic of this illness...high fever...diarrhea etc...And that EVERY SINGLE PERSON who came in with these symptoms had a flu shot last year in November...

I called my friend that sent this to me and he also told me that the nurse said that there seems to be a delay between getting the shot and becoming ill. So if you got the flue shot you might want to try to keep your immune system as strong as possible..

It's hard to believe with all the press on how bad these shots are and that nurses are loosing their jobs for not getting one that people would know better by now.

If you get the shot and then get the flu it will take you longer to get over it and you have a bigger chance of dying.

Flue shot and vaccine are really dangerous at all ages

Everytime I got the flu shot in Nov, I got the flu in February.

Once I was starting a new job and didn't want to get sick., but got the flu. Everyone around me said I was exaggerating and you don't get the flu from a flu shot.

Once while pregnant and didn't want the flu while pregnant; but I got the flu. A nurse said the flu shot was supposed to be of one of two common flu that they predicted would affect the population but people can still catch a different strand of the flu, and I listened and when the baby was born I got the flu shot because I didn't want to catch the flu while caring for an infant, and still caught the flu the following February.

I am not allergic to eggs, and I was trusting the first time, ignorant the second time and just plain stupid the third time.

I have not gotten the flu shot since since and do not get sick, and do not have allergies..
I don't know what's in it, but like clockwork, three days after the shot I get sick but not the flu and the following Jan/Feb I get the flu (assuming the incubation takes that long to bring me down).

My infant never got the flu shot, and never got sick and that's been over 10 years ago.

I hope their friend gets better.

Here is why you CAN get the flu or a bad cold, even pneumonia after the flu shot. The vaccine bypasses the normal process your immune system uses when bacteria and viruses first contact your body via your mucus membranes--the mouth, the nose and even through your eyes and skin. Your immune system begins a whole cascade of processes to fight these bugs. The vaccine has to use artificial, and toxic, substances to stimulate the immune system against the virus that is injected into your body, because it bypasses the normal initial immune response. These vaccines actually DEPRESS the function of your immune system so it does not work as well at fighting off illness.

I have not had any kind of respiratory illness in FIVE years since I found Dr. Joseph Mercola and learned how to stay well. Please check out mercola.com for more information on flu and how to stay well. Basically, adequate rest, mild exercise like walking to help your lymph system, good diet, and optimizing your vitamin D levels. Researchers have found that those who have died as a result of a flu illness were deficient in vitamin D. The flu virus is around all the time. We become more susceptible in the fall and winter because the days are shorter and sun exposure (crucial to our bodies making vitamin D naturally) is at an all-time low. Supplementation with vitamin D becomes important during this time.

Research analysts with the Cochrane Review (the gold standard of research analysts) have concluded in 2010 that the flu shot is practically useless and mostly hype put out by the drug industry. These analysts have pooled every bit of data on the flu vaccine they could get in order to come to this conclusion.

The other reason to take care of your immune system is not just for fighting off colds, your ability to fight off cancer in your body is lessened when your immune system is weak.

You might want to take to heart that healthcare workers who are WILLING to be fired or quit because they refuse to take the flu shot know something very valuable and important about this vaccine that you may want to pay attention to.
